At Betti Loves It, our commitment is to offer convenience, service and product availability on – line at compelling prices every day, with certain limited time offerings of merchandise or promotional prices. While merchandise offered on line at bettilovesit.com will usually be priced the same as merchandise offered in our store, in some cases we may have different prices or promotional events at different times.

Colours

We have done our best to display accurately as possible colours of the products shown on the bettilovesit.com site. However, because the colours you see will depend on your monitor we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.

Correction of Errors and Inaccuracies

The information on the bettilovesit.com website may contain typographical error or systems error. Betti Loves It has the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. Betti Loves It has the right t refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Betti Loves It will issue a payment to your credit account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Your Right to Cancel

At Betti Loves It.com we want you to be happy every time you shop with us.

Occasionally though, we know you may wish to return items.

Further, under the United Kingdom's distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any of these items with a period of 7 days, beginning with the day after the day on which the item is delivered. This applies to all our products.

To cancel this contract, please notify customer care that you are returning your order, use the returns label and the invoice you received with your order and then pack the relevant item securely and send it to us with the returns slip so that we receive it within 10 days after the day of the date that the item was delivered to you. Send the parcel with a secure and traceable method i.e. Recorded, Special Delivery and retain your proof of postage receipt. Please ensure your package is insured and prepaid.
