Returns Policy

Betti Loves It offers a full refund on all on line purchases returned in the condition they were sold within 10 days.  All garments must be returned with tags on within the 10-day period or they will not be accepted for refund or exchange.

To Return an Item

Please do not return an item without requesting a returns number through our website, or by telephone.

Please post your parcel back to:

Betti Loves it cannot accept responsibility for items not received so please use a secure and insured delivery service (such as Royal Mail Special Delivery).

For International customers where special delivery is not available, please ensure all items for refund are returned via an insured carrier service with tracking as we cannot accept liability until the item is received.  All refunds will be made to the method in which original payment was taken.  We will only refund postage of faulty goods.  Please allow seven days from receipt of your parcel for your refund to be processed.

We will refund postage for only faulty items returned to us, however we cannot accept liability for an item until it is returned and has been confirmed as faulty, we will also not refund any return postage charges unless the items are confirmed as faulty.
